Questions about an upload, a payment, a download link, or transcript quality:
Include the job ID from your confirmation email or the job page URL so we can find your file immediately. Uploaded audio is deleted 24 hours after upload and transcripts 48 hours after processing, so please write as soon as something looks wrong.
